I love the fall season and thought this tree was the perfect stamp to show how much I like this time of the year.
I love the sketch appearance of this stamp so I thought I would use watercolor crayons to bring out the look of the tree. The copper ribbon finishes the look. The kona color of the card brings out the colors in the tree.

I decided to try a sketch challenge I found on iheart2stamp.com.
I used the Fright Night set from My Favorite Things. These stamps are not the typical halloween stamp and that's why I like them.
I found this cool spiderweb background paper from the craft store and thought it would work perfectly with this witchy poo stamp.

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and I'm happy it's the season for spooky greetings :).
This little guy is from the 'Booglie Eyes' SU set and the sentiment is from My Favorite Things. He's a bit goofy but very cute. I used paper from the huge My Mind's Eye paper pack I bought at Costco. I think the orange and polka dots add a very festive touch.
paper - my mind's eye designer paper, shimmer white, su basic black; stamps - su booglie eyes, mft fright night; ink - stazon black, ranger distress tea dye; accessories - sakura gelly roll, prismacolor markers, su watercolor crayon, photo corners, ribbon

This is one of the new sets out of the 2007 Holiday Mini Collection. I love snowmen things during the holiday, so I had to have this stamps. I thought the tree and reindeer were cute and the best way to highlight each one was to have a place all their own.
The background paper is from the basic grey fruitcake collection. I love, love bg papers. They have the greatest designs...very fresh and funky. If you like basic grey, I have 6x6 paper pads available in my ebay store -- InkyDiva Card E~Boutique.
I created a tag for my friend too. The size of these stamps are perfect for gift tags.
paper - kraft notecards, shimmer white, bg fruitcake, su basic black; stamps - merry & bright; ink - stazon black; accessories - su watercolor crayons, liquid applique (snowman pom on cap), sakura gelly roll, tombow marker, ribbon; tag - same as above including crystalescent glitter and su silver elastic cord

I'm not sure I like how this card turned out but thought I would post anyway since the haunting season is almost here. I wanted the trick or treaters to stand out and used UTEE for the effect. I added a little sparkle to the pumpkins with a clear gelly roll pen. To spook it up a bit, I dragged black ink around the edges.
I'm excited for the fall season to be here. Alot of things I enjoy happens in the fall...college football, halloween, my birthday :).
paper - shimmer white, su garden green, pumpkin pie, basic black; stamps - mft fright night; ink - stazon black; accessories - prismacolor markers, UTEE, sakura gelly roll, ribbon

We made our yearly trek to Eugene, Oregon for the first home game against the Houston Cougars. My 'ticket buddy' Stefani picked me up and off we went to our official home opener tailgater. It was great to see the ol' gang and get the year started with our game beverage -- Cap'n & Coke.
It was a close game in the first half but we were able to pull forward and win 48-27. Next up on the schedule is Michigan...YIKES!
